ANODIZING SERVICES OFFERED IN NEW YORK

Val-Kro, Inc. offers state-of-the-art anodizing and chem film / chromate conversion services.  We have the ability to accommodate parts from the smallest up to 6.5 ft. in length by 3.5 ft. wide.  Val-Kro is capable of the following specifications:

• MIL-A-8625F      - Type II  - Classes I and II

• MIL-A-8625F      - Type III - Classes I and II (Hardcoat)

Hardcoat Aluminum Anodizing

We utilize a true hardcoat chilling system.  This means we do not use additives to reduce the temperature of the anodizing cell  to the required 33 degrees F.  This results in a more consistent coating in terms of finish, thickness, and hardness both part to part and lot to lot.  Many of our customers have expressed that our hardcoat finish is far superior when compared to the coating provided by other suppliers.  This is because we properly chill our bath.  Don't accept sub par hardcoat.  We will provide samples free of charge so you can judge for yourself.
